Mør is a three night performance of contemporary dance and physical theater focusing on the mother archetype and the artists heritage through the matriarchs of their family. The piece is an avant-garde folk-tale about 6 sisters that alludes to our connection with the mother archetype and the feminine struggle. This work draws from Vik's personal cultural identity with the evening length as an homage to the matriarchs of their family. Vik creates a piece about several topics: sisterhood, gender based struggle, our mother land, our mother tongue and who might we call mother.Read more
