Mission
Support and empower LGBTQ+ youth.
Vision
We see a society in which all LGBTQ+ youth are universally welcomed, safe, and thriving.
Values
Safety – we believe in providing a space where everyone feels welcome to express who they are and what they need, and where visitors experiencing homelessness can find respite from life on the street.
Empowerment – we believe in accepting responsibility for our future, and the power of finding an inner voice and strength that helps us transform.
Dignity – we believe in the innate worth and honor of all persons.
Support – we believe in providing structure and guidance by meeting people where they are now and helping them find a way forward.
Social Justice – we believe all people in society deserve human rights, equity, access and participation in all aspects of their daily lives.

What We Do
Tony’s Place provides a diverse set of services to meet the needs of LGBTQ+ youth age 14 to 25. Core Services for Tony’s Place include:
Basic Needs Services – These are services that address needs that are immediate and essential to survive. These include meals, clothing, showers, hygiene supplies, laundry, and housing program referrals.
Case Management Program – This program is a collaborative and planned approach to ensuring that a person gets all the services and support they need to move forward with their lives. Case management at Tony’s Place is provided on a 1-on-1 basis to our members, through an LGBTQ+ lens. It includes the assessment of needs, the creation of individual goal plans and an active engagement between the client and case manager. Case management appointments are scheduled at times that are mutually agreed upon by the client and case manager.
Support Services – We provide safe spaces, acceptance and resources through peer support groups, process groups, education, and partnership and collaboration with other service providers and community organizations.
Community Engagement - We provide training and presentations about and for LGBTQ+ youth through strategic interactions with the community and public.
Education – provide education around LGBTQ+ issues for the community.
