Late Seating/Stanby Policy

🚪 What is the late seating policy?

Some presenters/performances have a NO LATE SEATING policy. When this policy is in place there will be no seating after the performance has begun and, if an audience member needs to leave the theater during the event they are not allowed re-entry unless there is a scheduled intermission.

When applicable, this policy will be clearly noted on:

  • The event page
  • Your confirmation email

For performances that allow late seating:

⚠️ Entry after the performance begins is not guaranteed.

⚠️ Late arrivals may be seated only at designated breaks in the performance.

⏰ We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before showtime.

⏳ What is the standby or waiting list policy?

For sold-out performances with a NO LATE SEATING policy, standby tickets may be available on the day of the event (Standy is NOT sold in advance). Standby tickets must be purchased in person at the MATCH Box Office and are sold in numerical order.

Please note:

⚠️ Standby does not guarantee admission.

⚠️ Admission is first-come, first-served according to their ticket number.

⚠️ Seating together for your entire party is not guaranteed.

⚠️ You must be present in the lobby at least 5 minutes before showtime.

Patrons on Standby that are not able to be seated will receive a full refund for their standby ticket purchase.
