In The Gospel Wiz Musical Stage play, the character Doretha discovers her true “Purpose” in life through a series of challenges in revelations. Russell is granted “Mercy” for his past mistakes, allowing him to start a new. Thomas also embarks on a journey of seeking "Redemption," after a pass of being a womanizer and find true love. While Lionel experiences, the transformative  power of “Grace," leading him to a path of healing and self discovery. Together these characters learned valuable lessons about faith, love, and the importance of inner growth.
