About

Kenya Anais is an Artist, Entrepreneur, and Creative Director who blends diverse talents with a natural gift for storytelling and marketing to bring her creative visions to life. Though not formally trained in the arts, Kenya proudly embraces her identity as a true artist and creator, with a background that spans journalism, visual arts, music, dance, and fashion design.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Creative Studies from Texas A&M University, where she founded Artistic Expressions, an art club she led as President for three years. During her college years, Kenya also coordinated the Aggieland Cypher and began performing her original music at local open mics.

Her passion for community and the arts has guided her work with organizations such as the Community Artists Collective in Houston and the Forsyth Art Gallery in College Station, where she volunteered, mentored children, and contributed through blogging.

Kenya recently released her debut music video for her single “Lead the Way” and continues to build bridges between art and community through her nonprofit, PPL PXRTY ENT. Through this platform, she has organized numerous art and music showcases across Houston and received grants for creative projects from the City of Houston via the Houston Arts Alliance.
