Please Note:

  • Bills arger than $50 cannot be accepted.
  • Unpaid reservations are not Available.

🎫 What is the Box Office Support Fee?

MATCH is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Houston’s small- and mid-sized arts organizations through affordable performance space and audience services.

The $5 Box Office Support Fee helps fund:

  • Online ticket sales through the MATCH website
  • Professional box office staffing
  • Patron support services
  • Ticketing technology and event management

Presenters may choose to include this fee in the advertised ticket price or list it separately during checkout.

The fee applies to all tickets purchased online or in person.

Subscription & Pass Purchases

  • Subscriptions and passes are subject to a $2 per-ticket service fee.


đź’° Are discount tickets available?

Discounts vary by presenter and are not available for every event.

Common discount categories include:

👵 Seniors (65+)
🎓 Students (valid student ID required)
👧 Children (ages 0–13, unless otherwise noted)

Group discounts, when offered, will be listed on the event’s ticketing page.


🏷️ How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code, enter it on the checkout page under the area where you place your address. For detailed instructions CLICK HERE.

đź‘¶ Does my child need a ticket?

Children occupying their own seat must have a ticket.

Lap children may be admitted without a ticket for some events, but policies vary by presenter. Please contact the box office before purchasing tickets if you have questions.


🔄 What is your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final unless a performance is canceled by the presenter or MATCH.
