♿ MATCH Accessibility

Accessibility features include the following with additional information and maps below:

  • ♿ Wheelchair-accessible and mobility limited seating
  • ♿ Accessible entrances at both building entrances
  • 🚗 Passenger drop-off and pick-up via the Travis Street drive-in with ramp.
  • 🅿️ Accessible parking in the Mid-Main Garage (first-come, first-served)
  • 🚻 Accessible and family restrooms in the first-floor breezeway
  • 🎧 Assisted Listening technology in all 4 theaters.

Accessible Seating

All MATCH theaters and the MATCH Gallery offer accessible seating options.

General Admission (Non-Reserved Seating) Events

For events with general admission seating, please include any accessibility needs in the Comments section when purchasing your tickets. Our Box Office team will reserve appropriate accessible seating for you and will confirm your accommodations via email prior to your visit.

Wheelchair Seating

Wheelchair users may:

  • Remain in their wheelchair, with seating adjusted to accommodate the space, or
  • Transfer to a theater seat, with companion seating arranged as needed.

Matchbox 1

Matchbox 1 is a flexible black box theater with seating configurations that vary for each production. The theater entrance and stage are on the same level, providing step-free access.

Accessible seating and limited-mobility seating are located in the front row. Because seating layouts vary by event, exact locations may differ.

Matchbox 2

Patrons enter Matchbox 2 at stage level, providing step-free access into the theater.

Wheelchair-accessible and limited-mobility seating are located in Row A.

Matchbox 3

Like Matchbox 1, Matchbox 3 is a flexible black box theater with seating arrangements customized for each production. The theater entrance and stage are on the same level.

Accessible seating and limited-mobility seating are located in the front row. Seating locations may vary depending on the production's configuration.

Matchbox 4

Matchbox 4 is our traditional proscenium theater with gently tiered seating.

Patrons enter the theater at Row E, which is at the same level as the lobby and requires no steps to access.

Wheelchair seating positions are available on both the east and west sides of Row E.

Guests with limited mobility may also find Row E most convenient.

  • Row D is one step down from Row E.
  • Row F is one step up from Row E.

MATCH Gallery

The MATCH Gallery is fully accessible and provides step-free access throughout the space.

🎧Assisted Listening

All MATCH theaters are equipped with Listen Technologies assisted listening systems.

🎧 Assisted listening devices are available free of charge and may be requested at the box office upon arrival.
