Apollo welcomes Latin Grammy-winning tango composer and bandoneon performer Hector del Curto to the Bayou City for a program celebrating the 100th anniversary of the birth of Astor Piazzolla. In honor of his 80th birthday, we showcase the world premiere of a new commission by award-winning composer Adolphus Hailstork.
