Website & Digital Display Image Guidelines

Your event image plays an important role in promoting your performance and helping patrons find the correct venue at MATCH. The same graphic is used across several digital platforms, so following these guidelines will ensure your event looks its best.

Event & Ticket Page Images (CLICK HERE for samples)

For the best appearance on the MATCH website and digital displays, please provide a high-resolution image that meets the following specifications:

• Minimum image size: 960 × 640 pixels
• Recommended resolution: 300 dpi
• File format: JPG or PNG
• Color mode: RGB

Design Recommendations

To create the most effective event graphic:

• Include your event title and organization/company name and/or logo.
• Avoid including information such as:
  • Event date or time
  • Venue location
  • Ticket prices
  • Phone numbers
  • Website addresses

This information already appears on your event page, so keeping the graphic clean makes it more visually effective.

If your existing poster or promotional image does not match the recommended dimensions, you are still welcome to submit it. Images that do not fit the frame will be displayed with a background that fills the remaining space.

Don't have an event graphic? We're happy to create a simple title image for you—just let us know.

Need to update your image later? No problem. Graphics can be replaced if needed.

Event Page Slideshow

You may also submit up to 12 additional images to create a slideshow on your event page.

Where Your Image Will Appear

Your event graphic may be used in the following locations:

1. Your event page on the MATCH website
2. Your presenter page on the MATCH website
3. MATCH email newsletters
4. Digital lobby screens outside your performance space
5. The outdoor digital marquee at Main Street and Holman Street
6. MATCH social media channels

Following these guidelines helps ensure your event is presented clearly and consistently across all platforms.

Organization Logo

If your organization has a logo, please include it with your submission. We will display it on your presenter page and event page whenever possible.

Private Events (CLICK HERE for samples)

Private events that are not listed publicly on the MATCH website may still display an event image on our lobby and venue screens.

For private event graphics, please use the following specifications:

• Image size: 960 × 1200 pixels
• Recommended resolution: 300 dpi
• File format: JPG or PNG
• Color mode: RGB
