On March 20th, Netflix releases their four-part series and the Boss Vibe Tribe has prepared an intimate screening and evening of Entertainment, Light bites, Laughs, Cocktails, and Conversation.

Madam CJ Walker built an empire and left a legacy during the most tumultuous times for African Americans. She was a woman with a vision, absolute belief in herself, and her business model; passion, determination, and courage.

As all successful entrepreneurs do, she saw a problem, sets about solving it and monetize the solution. Although the culture, technology, and opportunities have evolved tremendously. Minority Women in business still face financial difficulties starting and scaling businesses.

American Express, revealed an enormous revenue gap in their 2019 State of Women Business report. Together, we will take an in-depth look at where we are and how Madam CJ Walker overcame similar hurdles. Are we capable of implementing her timeless strategies within our modern day business models?
