This multidisciplinary event blends cinema, live performance, and community fundraising into one powerful evening that celebrates the journey of Olympian and Houston’s own B-boy Jeffro while uplifting the HipHop community through art, dance, and storytelling. The night begins with the premiere of JEFFRO, a powerful film that dives into Jeffro’s immigrant background, his resilience through adversity, and the path that led him to make history as a qualifier for the first-ever Breaking category at the 2024 Olympics. The film also sheds light on his mission to create sustainable careers for HipHop dancers in Texas, ensuring the culture continues to thrive for future generations.

Following the film, the stage ignites with THE GET DOWN, a high-energy Funk dance performance by RADcrew Production. Our talented performers Joel Aguilera, Hector Cisneros, Severo Delagarza, Jeffrey Louis, Kenny Louis, Antonio Olivares, Timothy Pena, Jesse Quezada, Michiko Sharpe, and Mrince Williams bring the theater to life with explosive movement, rhythm, and creativity—transforming the stage into a dynamic, immersive experience.

Behind the lens, the film was brought to life by our talented creative team: Sean Archibong, Carissa Archibong, Matthew Dean, Shaider Divina, and Jeovany Villatoro.
