Based on George Bernard Shaw’s Pygmalion, My Fair Lady follows Eliza, a spirited Cockney flower seller whose chance encounter with Higgins sparks a bold experiment in transformation. Higgins wagers that with rigorous training in speech and etiquette, he can pass Eliza off as a refined lady among London’s elite. What begins as a test of skill becomes a journey of self-discovery, power dynamics, and unexpected connection.
Audiences will be swept away by Lerner and Loewe’s unforgettable score, featuring classics such as “I Could Have Danced All Night," “The Rain in Spain," “Wouldn’t It Be Loverly," and “On the Street Where You Live.” Under Morrison’s deft direction, the production marries sharp wit, lush orchestrations, and dynamic staging to capture both the humor and poignancy of this enduring story.
This fully staged production features a talented ensemble of Stoic Theatre’s finest performers, meticulous period costumes, and a design team committed to creating the bustling streets of Edwardian London alongside the elegance of Ascot and Embassy balls.
Join us for an evening of sparkling humor, soaring melodies, and the kind of theatrical magic that has kept My Fair Lady enchanting audiences for generations.
