Hunter Dance Center and Open Dance Project are proud to announce the expansion of our summer programming into a comprehensive, six-week Pre-Professional Intensive. This expanded format allows us to deepen our commitment to the contemporary dancer’s pre-professional journey. While continuing the tradition of merging dance and theater, this 6-week experience is designed to bridge the gap between studio training and professional proficiency, offering an unprecedented level of technical focus and creative exploration that challenges  and expands the athleticism, creativity, and versatility of the pre-professional student. Participants will learn, build, and perform excerpts of Open Dance Project's beloved family production, ALICE, July 31st at MATCH. Join us as we follow Alice down the rabbit hole to Wonderland where strange and silly creatures teach her about the power of the imagination and the wisdom of nonsense.
