Lucky Reel ShortFest is a community-centered evening of short films celebrating storytellers from Houston and around the world. This special showcase brings together local creatives and global voices for a night of connection, cinema, and live performance.

The program includes a grant-supported community screening of Wings, directed by Vanessa Provencio. Wings was funded in part by the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance.

In addition to the screenings, the evening will feature a live table read of Turnt, written by Jonathan Alvarado, offering audiences a behind-the-scenes look at new work in development.
