One Sample Cultural Foundation is a non-for profit organization 501(c)(3) committed to supporting Latin-American cultural expressions in the U.S. by encouraging projects that address creativity within the art; promoting diffusion of minorities’ cultural heritage, regardless ethnicity, religion, or gender orientation; and, empowering them through art.
