The Cultural Exchange is an extension of the Tiny June + Friends vision—a platform where music, art, and storytelling become tools for connection, cultural preservation, and community action. Our mission is to amplify stories of culture and heritage, elevate diverse voices, and create experiences that inspire empathy, encourage dialogue, and connect communities with opportunities to make a lasting impact.

Founded by Tiny June- a multidisciplinary artist and community organizer whose work brings together music, storytelling, and cultural advocacy. Through the Tiny June + Friends concert series, Tiny June has spent the past eight years creating spaces where artists and audiences connect through live performance while engaging with important social and cultural issues.

Past projects have raised awareness for causes including the political crisis in Nicaragua, sexual abuse prevention, and other community initiatives, often partnering with local organizations to connect audiences with educational resources and opportunities for action.

Today, that vision continues through The Cultural Exchange, an expanded platform that builds on the foundation of Tiny June + Friends by celebrating culture and heritage, amplifying diverse voices, and using the arts to strengthen communities and inspire meaningful change.
