On Wednesday City of Houston health officials issued new guidelines that include the recommendations that some people avoid public gatherings, including people over the age of 60, people with underlying health conditions, and people who are pregnant.

If you are in one of these categories, or if you feel sick with flu-like symptoms, please follow the guidelines and avoid public gatherings.

Many of the arts organizations presenting shows at MATCH have cancelled or postponed their upcoming events. MATCH staff is contacting ticket holders directly regarding exchanges and refunds.  We are working chronologically by show date, so if you have tickets to a canceled event and not been contacted, you should be soon.

Some groups have told us they still intend to go ahead as scheduled and many others are waiting to see how circumstances develop.  Things are changing quickly so please stay tuned.
