The Miss Katy Organization is an official local preliminary to the Miss Texas and Miss Texas' Outstanding Teen Pageants within the Miss America Organization. We are an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide scholarships to young women in the areas of community service, talent, and academia. The Miss America Organization is the largest provider of scholarships to young women in the world.
