Yvette Veney, founder of NuEra Production and visionary of this project began to take form in 2016 back in Maryland. The Gospel Wiz  is not only a stage play, it's a ministry which the narrative of healing and inspiration is created and expressed through the form of storytelling and music. This vision was brought forth to help, inspire, encourage, and enlighten others in the faith base communities. Since 2022 Yvette Veney has relocated to Houston, Texas and teamed up with Essence Entertainment to bring this vision and dream of hers into fruition to the Houston community.
