Dance Du Coeur is a 7,000 sq. ft. state of the art dance training facility in Fort Bend County. The studio was established in 2011 for dancers invested in their artistry, or so we like to call it, “dancing from the heart.” Dance Du Coeur fosters a deep love for the art form of dance and takes great pride in the quality of instruction, variety of classes, and artistic environment it provides.
The Pre-Professional Program at Dance Du Coeur is for the serious student looking to pursue a career in arts. The mission of the Pre-Professional Program is to produce excellent, well-rounded artists who are in the best possible position to pursue a wide range of dance opportunities in a rapidly evolving arts environment. These dancers are not only proficient technicians, but they also have an acute understanding of movement, performance quality, and the creative process. Students receive a well-rounded dance education and tailored instruction in a variety of dance techniques. The curriculum includes Ballet, Pointe, Ballet Variations, Modern Dance, Jazz, Contemporary, Progressing Ballet Technique, and Choreography Lab. Classes take place during the daytime hours to accommodate additional hours of training.
