Presented by Joel Aguilera and starring Mezclada Dance Company , Mind, Body, & Soul is a three-act dance concert premiere that brings Olympic-style breaking to the concert stage. Each act explores the mind, body, or soul, showcasing the multifaceted elements that define each. Blending jazz, postmodern dance, and Latin rhythms, the show features Mezclada dancers and guest artists. Followed by a Mezclada Community Arts Day with classes, educational shows, and performances.
