Pop Up Kino presents Winter Adé. In this documentary masterpiece, director Helke Misselwitz travels by train across East Germany, interviewing women about their lives and aspirations in different regions of the country. Filmed shortly before the collapse of the GDR, Winter Adé portrays a changing society and challenges the state's official image of women.
