César Muñoz the winner of the 2016 Latin American Comedy Festival and other important recognitions, will open Philanthrartist’s “Houston Art Explosion” with his latest production, the unipersonal “Health, Wealth and Love”.  He is a bilingual comedian originally from Caracas, Venezuela, who fuses music with humor to give audiences a unique and entertaining experience.
