The Interrogation of the Nightwalker

Transitory Sound and Movement Collective

Lynn Lane, the founder/artistic director/sound artist of the Transitory Sound and Movement Collective, in collaboration with founding member/choreographer: Jennifer Mabus will bring musicians, sound artists, dance artists, spoken word and visual artists together to collaboratively create an immersive evening of sound, movement, and art, through the consideration of each artist to the overall concept. TSMC is innovative in that it is not a music ensemble nor a dance company but a living sculpture that comes to life enveloping the audience into the unspoken conversation and inviting their mere presence to contribute to the experience.

This new work, The Interrogation of the Nightwalker, will transport the audience into an exploration of the dark side of the human psyche. Deep within Jung's Shadow lies an even darker side of the human spirit that struggles to get out whilst we struggle to keep it hidden away. Four dance artists and three sound artists delve deep into that space responding to each other organically within a mutually defined artistic world. Adding to TSMC’s already boundary pushing collaborative process the artists of TSMC are continually pushing to create more original holistic experiences that exist outside of expected boundaries of each individual form through deep conceptually driven collaboration.
