PROGRAM
Unfold
Choreographer: Karina Gonzalez
Music: Ezio Bosso

Each movement carries the influence of those who walk beside us, reminding us that transformation is not something we do alone, but something that happens together.
Meet Me in the Park
Company II & Senior Company
Choreographer: Beth Gulledge-Brown
Meet Me in the Park is a contemporary dance set to the music of Bruno Mars that celebrates friendship, love, and human connection. Inspired by friends gathering in the heart of the city, the piece moves between moments of playfulness, longing, and joy, capturing the emotions that bring people together. Through shared movement and musicality, the dancers explore loyalty, vulnerability, and celebration—reminding us that sometimes the most meaningful moments happen when we simply meet, connect, and dance together.
Anatomy of the Heart
Company II & Senior Company
Choreographer: Leonard Lopez
Music: Rob Thomas
I. Lonely, Not Broken
II. All That I Am
III. This Is How a Heart Breaks
Anatomy of the Heart traces the emotional journey of first love through the eyes of adolescence where humor, intensity, and heartbreak collide. Set to the music of Rob Thomas, this three-part work explores how love is imagined, experienced, and ultimately endured, revealing the ways it shapes who we are becoming.
The opening jazz piece, set to Lonely No More, playfully captures the restless search for connection, using wit and Latin-infused rhythms to highlight youthful confidence, longing, and self-awareness. The mood shifts in All That I Am, a contemporary work that reflects the gravity of being fully seen and fully committed for the first time stoic, vulnerable, and deeply sincere. The final power jazz section, This Is How a Heart Breaks, unleashes the emotional aftermath, confronting loss, resilience, and the strength it takes to move forward Together, these works reveal love not as a single moment, but as a powerful teacher shaping the heart through laughter, devotion, and pain.
Slumber Party
Junior Company
Choreographer: Beth Gulledge-Brown

Set to a playful and heartfelt mix of A Million Dreams, Tears on My Pillow, I Want It All, and Dancing Queen, the piece moves through laughter, vulnerability, and big aspirations.
