Indo-American Association (IAA), a Houston Cultural Treasure, is a 31-year non-profit 501(c)(3) organization for the promotion of cultural arts of India. Our mission is to bridge cultural divides by showcasing the rich heritage of the Indian subcontinent through multi-disciplinary performing arts, as well as cultural, educational and artistic expressions.
The Indo-American Association is Houston’s longest running arts organization with a mission to preserve and promote the performing arts of the Indian sub-continent. We have provided a platform for nearly 3 decades to world-renowned as well as emerging artists at fine venues such as the Wortham Center, Brown Auditorium, Moore's School of Music, Hobby Centre, MATCH, Asia Society, and Stafford Civic Center. IAA has built a reputation of fostering the appreciation of performing arts within diverse Houston communities and now in our virtual world, for 31 years.
