The film explores the humble beginnings and the transformative role Salsa played in helping to diversify the Houston Latin population and the impact it continues to have in several areas in the country's "Most Diverse" city. Musicians, dancers, instructors, civic and media personalities and others, share their experiences on the effect this genre has had in their lives and in the Houston community.
