The T.R.U.T.H. Project presents a new wellness experience for your mind week check in, featuring A Sound Bath & Journaling Experience, introducing guide Shadawn McCants. Curated with the intention of centering queer folx of color and allies, this session will fuse both wellness practices through breathing, meditation, and centering. If you are new to the wellness experience or a seasoned wellness explorer, join us. Yoga mats will be provided, or you can bring your own for floor relaxation.
