In this solo dance theatre production by Wu Wei Company, choreographer and performer Emilie Anne brings this 2,500-year-old story into contemporary light through dance, mime, and poetry. Mythological figures often represent the archetypal strengths and complexities of women, pioneers in History broke social and political barriers, leaving a tangible legacy in courage and leadership, and impactful Women of Modern Times, like Malala Yousufzai, have influenced the 20th and 21st centuries through activism, environmentalism, and education.
